The assembly process is generally described as simple, with many reviewers finding that it requires little to no effort to set up. While the design is widely praised for its timeless charm, some users have noted that the shade attachment can be specific and that the overall stability is maintained by a weighted base, ensuring it remains secure in various settings.

Cons
- Specific Shade: The spider shade fitter mechanism may be less intuitive for some users to install correctly.
- Limited Availability: Due to the various models and finishes offered, finding the exact version or color scheme can sometimes be difficult.
- Assembly Required: While described as simple, some users may still find the partial assembly process to be an extra step compared to pre-assembled items.
- Dimmable Compatibility: The dimming function relies on the specific bulb and dimmer switch used, which some users may not initially realize.
